Heat on Public Health England as Prime Minister admits coronavirus response was 'sluggish'

Public Health England's (PHE) future has been thrown into doubt after the Prime Minister suggested that parts of the Government's response to the coronavirus crisis had been "sluggish".

It's good to see that they're finally admitting their mistakes. Initially, they were being excessively stubborn and defending almost all of their actions in their entirety even thought confession and resolution of mistakes would logically new advocated and people would willingly forgive, knowing that improvement is on the horizon. // Moreover, the stimulus package seems suitable and this time, I think that Sir Keir Starmer is wrong to criticise as it seems pretty reasonable.
